Can a npc sim propose?
Answer: Sims are not supposed to be able to marry or propose to another sim unless both are young adults or older, I do not have any mods installed. The adult sim that asked the child sim to marry them was an NPC/unplayed sim.

Can npc sims get pregnant?
Answer: Yes, you can have an active sim impregnate a non-active sim. However, non-active sims will not get pregnant on their own without player intervention or a mod.

Do npc sims age?
Answer: If you set the active household/ households and the unplayed sims (NCP) to age the NCP should age as quick or slow (short, normal, long) as your played sims. Strange that all of you seem to have them age differently.
