Answer:

Minecraft is not badly optimized, it just is not possible to make it run without lots of RAM. Minecraft does not support direct X 11 or 12, therefore, it renders the WHOLE map at once, even if your not looking at it. This is very CPU intensive and causes throttling. A easy fix is to have a powerful CPU.

Will minecraft java ever get rtx?

Answer: No, Minecraft RTX will only be released for Minecraft Bedrock (Windows 10 edition). The reason for that is Windows 10 already has Direct X and ray tracing API support. For Java there are no resources available as yet.

What is the ram of minecraft java edition?

Answer: At least 2 GB of RAM will allow your Minecraft world to load in a comfortable, but not too fast, manner. However, if your game is becoming unbearable due to lag, you might consider upgrading or adding more ram to your PC or laptop. Don't use more RAM than your computer can handle!

Do minecraft java mods use java?

Answer: Make sure you're using Minecraft: Java Edition.
Finally, you need to be using Minecraft: Java Edition. Unfortunately, Minecraft: Bedrock Edition does not support mods. To enjoy mods in Minecraft, you'll need to be running the legacy Java Edition (this also means no mods on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, or mobile devices).
