Go to the first area called “Asomata” (From the portal, go down the stairs to the right). Talk to the NPC named “Marinos”, I don't believe you have complete it just get to the area and talk to the NPC. You unlock Atlantis very early in Immortal Throne...so you do have to beat the original game.
